NORTH CABIN RENTAL GUIDELINES
Rules that protect you, the property and your peaceful Georgia Mountains escape:
No smoking.
No pets.
No firearms and no fireworks.
No noisy, drunken, rowdy or wild parties. The rental cabins will only be rented to families and responsible adults who are seeking a quiet North Georgia Mountain vacation getaway.
No sororities, fraternities, loud parties, loud music will be permitted. Any violation of this rule will result in an expedited eviction from the property without refund.
Occupancy will not exceed what you have reported to Stressbuster. Any discrepancy will result in eviction or loss of deposit.
Please respect not only the property, but also the neighbors and the wildlife, in order to maintain the peace and quiet that everyone comes to the North Georgia Mountains to enjoy and experience.
You will be responsible to pay for any actual damages to the property or its contents during your stay. You will also forfeit your deposit.
These gated communities are tranquil environments meant for the purpose of relaxation and peace.
You will forfeit all money paid and be evicted immediately if you are disturbing the tranquility of the community day or night.
Be warned that security and the neighbors will call law enforcement to report any noise, rowdiness, drunkeness and disturbing the peace.
