New last year! Ice skating outdoors at Hancock Park in Dahlonega begins November 17th. Holiday celebrations begin early in Dahlonega! This wonderful Georgia treasure of a town is known for its quaint and classic Olde Fashioned Christmas Celebration, and this year will be no different, only better. Dahlonega presents the 2nd Annual Ice Skating Rink in Hancock Park, just off the Public Square. The outdoor ice skating rink will open November 17 and stay open through February.

Atlanta’s only outdoor ice skating rink at Centennial Olympic Park opens November 10, 2007 and the rink will remain open until January 6, 2008. Visitors can enjoy covered observation seating, theatrical lighting on the real ice and holiday music. Closed on Dec. 25 for Christmas Day. Admission is $6 per person for a 90 minute session and skate rental is an additional $2.
